Ayn Rand Center Ukraine is a non-governmental organization that promotes Ayn Rand's philosophy and work in Ukraine.

Our mission is to promote the development of Ukrainian society and each individual through the philosophy of Objectivism or, as Ayn Rand called it, the "philosophy of life on earth."

We dispel the myth that being selfish means being an evil person and show that rational selfishness is not only natural but also necessary for a happy and successful life.

With the support of our colleagues from The Prometheus Foundation, Ayn Rand Center Ukraine organizes a number of projects for a broad audience, such as John Galt School, Objectivist Campus Clubs, and the Objectivist Thought Leader Program.

Team

Dmytro Usik

Dmytro is the President (CEO) of the ARC Ukraine. He is accountable for representing the Organization’s interests, maintaining relations with partners and contractors, and managing the Organization’s operational activity, including day-to-day activity and event management.

Dmytro graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with Masters of Laws degree in 2019. During his university studies, Dmytro was an intern in governmental bodies, and he also worked as a junior associate in law firms. For three years (2016-2018), Dmytro was the Vice President of Bringing Europeans Together Association Ukraine. He was responsible for organizing and managing the annual Models of European Union Kyiv from 2016 till 2018.

Anatolii Didyk

Anatolii is a COO of the ARC Ukraine. He facilitates project management and provides valuable general help regarding the Organization’s activities.

Anatolii graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a Bachelor of Philosophy degree in 2020. In 2019 Anatolii worked as a Volunteer Coordinator in Charity Foundation “Starenki,” where he administered and coordinated a community of volunteers with circa 100 members, organized and managed charity events for elderly people, and worked with Foundation’s partners and contractors. Before that, Anatolii has volunteered in different non-governmental organizations and has participated in various youth exchange programs.

Daniel Lubkin

Daniel is the Regional Development Officer of ARC Ukraine. He coordinates and supervises regional projects and working on developing the Objectivist community in neighboring countries.

Daniel graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a Bachelor of Philosophy degree in 2018 and a Master of Economics in 2020. Daniel has been a member of the European Youth Parliament Ukraine. From 2012 till 2016, he went from a member to Vice-President of EYP Ukraine. His responsibilities there were working with youth and effective communication. Apart from that, in 2017, Daniel co-founded an NGO “Ukrainian Students for Freedom.”

Liubov Voitovych

Liubov is a PR Director of the ARC Ukraine. She is responsible for creating a communication strategy, writing and editing texts for social networks, communicating with media partners.

Liubov got her Bachelor’s degree in Publishing and Media Editing from the Institute of Journalism of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2021. Liubov worked as a journalist and social media manager in various NOGs and has extensive experience in SMM, PR, and communications.

Teachers

Đorđe Mančev

Đorđe is a project manager at Ayn Rand Center Europe. He has a BA in Political Science/International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. He is currently a Master’s student at the John F. Kennedy Institute for North American Studies, Free University of Berlin. Đorđe is a lecturer on ARCE’s programs and in charge of planning, implementation and tracking of the John Galt School projects, as well as managing and advising local teams.

Daniel Lubkin

Daniel is the Regional Development Officer of ARC Ukraine. Daniel has Bachelor of Philosophy and a Master of Economics degrees. He is also a co-founder of an NGO “Ukrainian Students for Freedom.”

Arthur Pereverzev

Arthur Pereverzev is a civic activist, a former adviser to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, a former adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. Arthur translated the first volume of “Atlas Shrugged” into Ukrainian.
